Regional Sales Manager, Scotland

£40,000 per annum Car Allowance & Commission

A well-established, fast-growing catering equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow its presence across Scotland.

The Role

This position is predominantly new business focused and will suit a true hunter. You will be responsible for opening the Scottish market, building relationships with independent and group operators, and driving sales through demonstrations and partner dealers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing new business across Scotland (initially ~70% new business / 30% account development)
  • Working closely with proactive dealer partners to generate and convert opportunities
  • Organising and hosting live product demonstrations (typically 2-3 per month)
  • Targeting restaurants, casual dining, and hospitality operators
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
What We're Looking For
  • Background in hospitality, foodservice, or catering equipment sales
  • Comfortable selling premium equipment with a consultative approach
  • Thrives in a target-driven, high-activity environment
  • Self-motivated and effective when working from home
  • Has credibility with chefs and operators (ex-chefs or those with strong kitchen exposure are particularly well regarded)
What's in it for You?
