Responsibilities include managing Area Sales Managers, driving sales growth, and engaging with Main Contractors and Civil Engineers. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a proactive, strategic mindset.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead a small sales team in Scotland. You will manage and coach a team of 3 Area Sales Managers who specialise in Construction Support Systems including Shoring, Temporary Support and Hire.
This is a hands on management role where you will not only guide and support your team but also take an active role in driving sales yourself.
The region currently has a healthy turnover, with scope for significant growth.

I am seeking a proven sales leader from either a Heavyside/Civils or related product background (Shoring, Structural Support or Hire).
