The ideal candidate will have HR advisory experience, preferably in logistics, and a CIPD qualification. Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisory experience in a logistics background preferred.
• Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records on the HR system.
• Support and advise key stakeholders on HR issues.
• Assist in communication and engagement strategies at site level.
• Contribute to effective recruitment, selection, and induction processes.
• Manage HR activities for TUPE, redundancy, retention, and redeployment.
• Conduct regular HR reviews to reduce potential litigation.
