NJC Point 44- Point 50 (£55,131 - £62,957) FTE

LOCATION: (North/East Midlands i.e. Staffordshire/Nottinghamshire/ North Leicestershire)

We’re searching for an exceptional Regional Estates Manager to join our ambitious, forward-thinking team – ideally based in the North or East Midlands. This isn’t just a role; it’s your chance to make a real impact across our growing trust.

As a key player in our Estates team, you’ll bring your expertise in property and estates management to ensure our academies are safe, compliant, and running at their best. Working hand‑in‑hand with the Director of Estates, you’ll help drive our Estates Strategy, influencing everything from building maintenance to major capital projects. Your leadership will keep operations smooth and standards high, creating outstanding learning environments that truly make a difference for our students.

From managing contractors to overseeing projects big and small, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to transform education. This role offers responsibility, influence, and the opportunity to leave a legacy.
