• Visible thought leadership demonstrating a strategic understanding of Talent Acquisition drivers across all disciplines.
• Demonstrative ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders towards a course of action.
• Demonstrative capability to manage a P&L around 3 million GBP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AMS is recognised as a global leader for all elements of Regional Employer Brand Consulting.
• Lead the Growth Strategy for Regional Employer Brand Advisory.
• Manage the portfolio P&L; identifying variances from plan and driving leaders to take corrective action.
