Job summary

A UK-based consultancy is seeking a skilled Regional Support Engineer to provide home-based technical support across the UK. You will conduct maintenance and servicing of cranes in various environments, developing customer relationships from first contact through on-site work. The ideal candidate has strong crane experience and can work independently or in teams. Salary ranges from £40k to £45k based on experience with additional benefits including overtime pay, healthcare, and a service vehicle.

Qualifications

• Strong background in port marine offshore or heavy plant environments.
• Experience with Liebherr, Gottwald, Kenz or NOV cranes is an advantage.
• Ability to read and apply engineering drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commissioning maintenance inspection and servicing of client cranes.
• Repair and inspect electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Manage larger on site projects when required.
