Barchester are seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support this region and drive occupancy across our care homes. You will engage with potential residents, families and referrers, and work with the management team to maximise occupancy and service excellence.

The role requires proven sales and marketing experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar), strong communication, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in care settings.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Networking within the local community to raise the home and generate enquiries.
