Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support our region and drive occupancy across our care homes. You will work with an exceptional management team to grow enquiries, convert leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role demands sales and marketing experience, CRM data analysis skills, and a proactive, target‑driven approach. A Full UK driving licence and proficient Microsoft Office usage are required.

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience (preferably in healthcare but not essential).
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Demonstrate interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Hold a Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state‑of‑the‑art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents over the phone and provide informative, welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
