Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy across our care homes in the region. You will manage inquiries, convert leads and network with the local community to raise the home profile.

You will also support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and improve occupancy. The role demands strong sales ability, CRM data analysis, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Lead all sales activity for the home.
• Speak with prospective residents by phone and conduct informative tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand experiences.
• Respond to sales enquiries and generate leads.
• Maintain a contacts database.
• Support local marketing activities to drive occupancy.
