Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Salisbury is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy across the region and manage sales activity for the homes in the area.

You will handle enquiries, convert leads, and represent the organisation with a high standard of care and professional customer service. A strong background in sales/marketing and CRM tools is essential, with a full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to drive occupancy.
• Self-motivated, target driven, and professional in outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy targets.
• Maintain strong communication with residents, relatives and local community.
• Network locally to raise home profile and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and drive conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Maintain accurate contacts database and reporting.
