Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support occupancy targets across a local region. The role focuses on converting enquiries, networking in the community, and promoting our care homes with a professional, resident‑focused approach.

Ideal candidates will have sales/marketing experience (healthcare preferred), CRM data analysis skills, and a proactive, self‑motivated mindset. A UK driving licence and strong Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential.
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Be self-motivated and target driven.
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
