Barchester Healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support our region and drive occupancy across our care homes. You will work with an exceptional management team to ensure first-class care and strong community engagement.

The role requires sales and marketing experience, CRM data analysis, and a self-motivated, target-driven approach. You will visit homes, speak with potential residents and relatives, and contribute to local marketing activities

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
