Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse CRM data (Salesforce or similar).
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and stakeholders.
• Network within the local community to raise home profile and generate enquiries.
