Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support our region and drive occupancy across our care homes. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, converting leads, and promoting the home within the local community.

The role requires strong sales, marketing, and CRM capabilities, with an emphasis on driving occupancy while delivering exceptional resident experiences. A UK driving licence is essential and you will work closely with the management team.

Qualifications

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
