Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Norwich is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy across our homes. You will lead outbound engagements, convert enquiries, and work with local teams to showcase first-class care.

You will analyse CRM data (Salesforce) to identify opportunities, network in the community, and represent Barchester professionally during tours for potential residents.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience preferred in healthcare but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication with residents, relatives and stakeholders.
• Networking within the local community to raise the home’s profile and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and increase occupancy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
