Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy across the region. You will manage enquiries, deliver informative tours of our state-of-the-art care homes, and network with local communities to raise the home profile and attract new residents.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries.
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
