Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy at a premier care home. You will manage inquiries, convert leads, and develop the local network to boost admissions, delivering strong sales and marketing activity.

Join a supportive team and play a key role in that home's profile with a focus on customer experience, data analysis, and effective communication across residents, families, and the local community.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents over the phone, and provide informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
