Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to join one of our divisions. This role focuses on supporting the region to improve occupancy by delivering proactive sales and marketing activity and nurturing relationships with potential residents and their families.

You will work with an experienced management team, representing Barchester's state-of-the-art care homes, driving enquiries, tours, and conversions while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
