Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to drive occupancy and sales for a group of care homes. You will manage enquiries, conduct engaging resident tours, and coordinate local marketing initiatives to raise the home’s profile.

The role requires proven sales/marketing experience, CRM data analysis capability (Salesforce), and a proactive, target-driven mindset. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a rewarding rewards package on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the state-of-the-art homes professionally.
• Lead all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential residents over the phone and provide tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
