Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is recruiting a Regional Customer Relationship Manager to support this region and help increase occupancy across our care homes. You will engage with potential residents, conduct informative tours, and work with the local community to raise occupancy.

We value sales and marketing experience, CRM analytics, and strong communication. This role requires a full UK driving licence and on-site work across the Stone region in England.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience in healthcare preferred
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries, drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
