This position is ideal for someone who has recently completed our Trainee Account Manager programme or has equivalent industry experience and is ready to take full ownership of a region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients in your region, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of staffing for events and ongoing operations, from initial brief through to post-event review.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and service improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site client teams, ensuring professionalism, punctuality and performance at all times.
  • Monitor and manage workforce logistics, availability and regional recruitment needs in coordination with central teams.
  • Resolve any client or operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Report regularly on account performance, feedback and opportunities to the senior management team.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of your region, attending meetings, networking events and client pitches as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the hospitality, events or staffing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident decision-maker who can work independently and remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings and weekends.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using scheduling tools, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your region.

What We Offer:

  • A varied and rewarding role with real autonomy and responsibility.
  • Relocation support, if required, to help you settle into your new region.
  • A competitive salary with performance-related bonuses.
  • 30 days Annual Leave.
  • Opportunities to work on high-profile events and grow your professional network.
  • Ongoing training and development, with clear routes into senior management.
  • A collaborative and fast-paced working environment where no two days are the same.
