Refuse Loader – Canvey Island

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am start (ongoing agency work)

As a Refuse Loader you will be a key part of the crew, helping to keep the community clean and safe. This is a physical role where no two days are the same, and you will be working outdoors in all weathers.

What you’ll be doing

• Collecting household waste and recycling across the area.
• Working as part of a close-knit team of refuse loaders and drivers.
• Handling bins, bags and containers safely and efficiently.
• Supporting the smooth running of daily waste management operations.

What we’re looking for

• Good physical health and fitness, as this is a physically demanding role.
