We are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a leading FM provider, working across a portfolio of commercial contracts in the Inverness region. This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking for long‑term stability, a strong team environment, and ongoing professional development.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across commercial sites, including:

• PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
• Routine servicing and inspections
• Reactive repairs and breakdown support
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with technical standards
• Completing job sheets, reports, and compliance documentation

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
• F‑Gas 2079 Certification (essential)
• Strong background in commercial refrigeration within an FM environment
• Experience working on systems such as cold rooms, display units, freezers, chillers
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills
