As our Referencing Screener (secondment) you'll be responsible for completing colleagues’ pre-employment referencing to ensure colleagues have been referenced in line with relevant legislation and airport authority regulations, to enable them to obtain an Airport Identification Card (AIC) or Crew Identification card (CIC).

Please note: this Fixed-Term role is to cover Maternity Leave for 7-8 months and due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to pass a Counter Terrorism Check.

What you’ll be doing:
  • You’ll become a subject matter expert in aviation referencing, ensuring referencing is completed in compliance with:
    • DfT Airside Pass Scheme Guidance
    • Base ID centre regulations
    • Respective Jet2.com policies
  • You’ll ensure delivery of new colleague’s referencing within or exceeding SLA’s
  • You’ll be responsible for the Identification and resolution of any issues which may impact the successful referencing of candidates with business specific timeframes
  • You’ll work as ‘One Team’ with all key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of airside passes in time (to SLA’s) to meet operational delivery
What you’ll have:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with good written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure to achieve deadlines
  • Greater understanding of the business as a whole
