The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Business Development Manager to join The Scale Factory team. This mid-level role is critical to our growth strategy and focuses on bringing in new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building relationships, and securing deals for cloud projects, primarily using AWS technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify and qualify leads, follow up on opportunities, and convert them into meaningful client engagements.
  • Meetings & Presentations: Generate and attend meetings with prospective clients, delivering compelling pitches tailored to their specific needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Networking: Leverage networking events, industry meetups, and other forums to establish and nurture key relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
