STR is a niche sector international recruitment business with offices in Portsmouth, Switzerland and the US.

Opportunities

Blackfield are seeking a junior or experienced recruiter to join their team in a 360 role on a warm desk in automation contract, European placement within the Biotech and Life Sciences sector. The current desk bills 350-400k.

Insignis are looking for people to join their team in either Housing or the Defence sector. We are seeing increased activity in this space in the UK market; these are predominantly permanent roles in trades through to high-end niche sector engineering roles.

Previous experience in recruitment is not essential, though exposure to a sales process is required. The roles are basic and results-based with earnings open. New to recruitment can expect to earn 35k and experienced recruiters can expect 70-100k+.
