Reporting To: Head of People & Culture

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its People & Culture Shared Services team. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role responsible for delivering a compliant, efficient, and end‑to‑end recruitment service that supports high‑volume hiring across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic needs assessment and role design through to onboarding and offer management.
  • Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation, including Equality Act, Right to Work, GDPR, and internal governance processes.
  • Maintain data accuracy across HR and payroll systems, ensuring seamless flow of new starter information.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning, succession considerations, and build‑vs‑buy talent decisions.
  • Develop talent pools and long‑term sourcing strategies to meet future workforce needs.
  • Produce accurate recruitment analytics and reports for leadership and board‑level review.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost‑effective sourcing.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an in‑house recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role with strong recruitment focus.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and recruitment compliance.
  • Confident managing high-volume recruitment with strong ATS and HRIS experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) required
