My client, a leading specialist recruitment firm based in the City of London, requires two sales-focused individuals to provide recruitment solutions to Financial Services and Commerce & Industry firms going through Change & Transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Sell recruitment solutions ranging from a one-off piece of recruitment to complex, year-long projects encompassing interim and permanent roles across multiple sites and, on occasion, different countries.
- Win new business and deliver consistently growing revenues, either as a 360 Technology or Change recruiter with a strong track record, or by selling Technology recruitment solutions on a project basis to FS or C&I firms.
- Carve out and manage your own client base with the support of a Sales Director and an experienced recruitment delivery team.
- Engage with clients at CTO/CIO and IT Director levels, demonstrating gravitas, polish, drive, ambition, and experience in recruiting Change professionals.
Qualifications
- Experience as a 360 Technology or Change recruiter with a proven track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth, or experience selling Technology recruitment solutions on a project basis to Financial Services or Commerce & Industry firms.
- Ability to interact with senior IT and business stakeholders (CTO/CIO/IT Director) and to recruit Change professionals across markets.
