Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, providing a service of excellence to business clients and supporting all candidates on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing – proactively find candidates for long‑standing clients in the commercial sector.
  • Management of the Candidate Experience – exceed expectations and provide high‑level support for all candidates.
  • Resourcing suitable applicants for client vacancies – proactive head‑hunting and registering qualified candidates for specific vacancies.
  • Interviews – coordinate interviews for selected candidates, liaise with hiring managers, and send relevant confirmation documentation.
  • Complete in‑person and online registrations.
  • Client Account Management – partner with clients to provide long‑term staffing solutions that meet individual business needs.
  • Attend client meetings – strengthen relationships and become knowledgeable about each client’s culture and long‑term goals.
  • Employer Branding – enhance and promote the company's brand to attract top talent.
  • Compliance – ensure recruitment practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Targets & Business Goals – meet daily/weekly KPIs and objectives, including registrations, CVs submitted and interviews attended.
