Recruitment Coordinator, 5 months F TC - Arms Length Body - Remote - £27,485

This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Recruitment Specialist to coordinate multiple recruitment campaigns.

Working as an integral part of the Resourcing team you will be responsible for providing a responsive and customer focused recruitment administration service.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Liaising closely with hiring managers to ensure adverts are fit for purpose
  • Placing adverts on the applicant tracking system
  • Longlisting and arranging interviews and assessments
  • Proactively providing updates to the hiring managers
  • Contributing to effective KPI and SLA standards and reporting
  • Ensuring all contracts are issued within agreed standards

You should have a track record of coordinating multiple recruitment campaigns ideally for roles in central functions. Experience of working in a regulated environment would be ideal. You will need to have experience of onboarding candidates including drafting offer letters, working with an ATS and have an excellent eye for details. Experience of using Excel should be combined with an ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
