A recruitment agency is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to work on site in Glasgow. The successful candidate will manage recruitment processes, liaise with hiring managers, and oversee interview arrangements. Ideal applicants will have experience in recruitment, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. Qualifications

  • Proficient with MS Office and adaptable to new systems.

Brightwork are recruiting for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to work on site with our client on the outskirts of Glasgow

Working within their busy recruitment team, the successful candidate will work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure the daily administration and provision of recruitment processes.

Due to office location own transport would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Managing recruitment procedures for assigned vacancies and assisting client with filling their staffing needs
  • Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, providing guidance with regards to timescales and the recruitment process
  • Arranging interviews both on and off site
  • Processing offer letters and ensuring new starters are linked to HR/Payroll systems
Requirements
  • Have experience working within a Recruitment function or keen to secure experience within the Recruitment Industry
  • Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbally and be confident liaising with contacts across all levels of the organisation
  • Be proficient with all MS Office packages and pick up new systems/procedures with ease
