About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a 10‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll take ownership of your desk, develop new and existing client relationships, and match high‑quality candidates to exciting opportunities. You'll operate with a consultative mindset, delivering exceptional service while driving results, with incredible earning potential and outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an ambassador for the business, delivering outstanding service to candidates and clients
  • Develop and grow your recruitment desk, analysing, monitoring, and delivering against KPIs
  • Track market trends and translate insights into a clear market plan for your desk
  • Meet clients face‑to‑face to identify opportunities and fully qualify role requirements
  • Implement creative and effective marketing strategies to attract high‑calibre candidates
  • Source, engage, and manage candidates, coaching them through the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records on the Connect portal
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation and company standards
  • Collaborate with the wider team and actively contribute to a positive, high‑performance culture
