The role

This is to join an existing team spread over 3 locations in the UK, ideally to be based in London, but experienced, remote candidates will be considered.

The team covers all data and digital roles in the UK for the NHS, Trusts and Private Healthcare; they have a wealth of warm relationships to utilise and a powerful brand reputation for their strong company values and professionalism.

You will be part of one of the highest performing team in the business covering a fast and interesting breadth of work across the UK, hiring for Digital, Transformation and Change. The Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record building your own 360 desk
• BD strategy within NHS frameworks AND outside of these
• Contract book at £5k-10k weekly GP
• Managing multiple runners
• Self‑sourcing deals (full 360 experience from cold outreach to client management)
• Ambitious self‑starter
• Not afraid to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Confident to cold call and handle objections and shut‑downs
• Persuasive and a good communicator
• Very organised and can juggle multiple high‑pressure tasks at once
• People person, you can talk to anyone and build trust easily

Package

• £30,000 - £55,000 base salary depending on prior experience
