The Role

As a Recruiter at Optime Group, you will:

• Source, attract, and engage candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Deliver a positive candidate journey from first contact to onboarding and beyond.
• Maintain ongoing communication with placed candidates to support retention.
• Understand role requirements and deliver against agreed timescales.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
• Liaise with clients for the purposes of onboarding candidates, ensuring all required steps (e.g. documentation, airport passes, D&A tests, e-learning set-up, meet and greet presentations) are completed in advance.
• Where responsible for an induction, take ownership of liaising with the client to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for a smooth start and meet onsite when required.
