The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Audio Visual team, you will be given the tools, training, and autonomy to excel. We will work with you to build a personal development plan tailored to your career goals, ensuring your success and growth within the organisation.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging with both new and existing clients
• Building strong relationships through client visits and understanding their needs
• Advertising vacancies on job boards, social media, and the Prospero website
• Filling supply and contract vacancies efficiently and effectively
