About the Role

Based in Welshpool, this role will see you managing our Perth clients while also supporting recruitment needs across other states. You can expect variety, a busy environment, and a supportive team that values your contribution.

Key responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering recruitment strategies tailored to client needs
  • Advertising, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates
  • Collaborating with consultants and account managers across the business
  • Onboarding candidates through our CRM
  • Filling job orders and managing candidate pipelines
  • Maintaining excellent client and candidate relationships
  • Conducting site visits and delivering toolbox talks
  • General administrative and database management tasks
