Following recent growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Industrial/Skilled & Technical divisions.

This role would suit a candidate with a background in a similar field, and/or a likeminded individual who has recently completed an engineering qualification (i.e. such as a degree, HNC or HND).

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

• A background in engineering/manufacturing
• A positive, driven attitude with strong communication skills
• Full computer literacy
• A goal-oriented mindset
• Full Driving Licence

We provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate – no recruitment experience is required!

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:

• Build relationships with clients and implement technical insight into hiring needs
• Source and speak to likeminded candidates looking for new temporary and permanent opportunities i.e CNC setters, engineers, manufacturing roles etc
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Ensure recruitment specific compliance within your role
• Work towards targets, both individually and within a team

Hours of Work

40 hours per week with hours worked between :

8am 'til 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am 'til 3pm on a Friday.
