Salary : £26, - £34, per annum + commission (OTE up to £40,)

In this role, you will focus on the commercial and industrial sectors, building and expanding relationships with clients and candidates.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to excel in face‑to‑face client meetings, ensuring a tailored and personalised experience for each client. Your ability to foster long‑term professional relationships will be key, as you work with lapsed, existing, and potential clients to understand their needs and provide top‑notch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing long‑term business relationships with clients and candidates
  • Growing the client base by supplying permanent staff to local businesses
  • Providing specialist consultative service by understanding the local market
  • Sourcing and placing candidates into permanent roles
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Utilising sales and networking techniques to attract business
