As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and engaging with potential candidates to matching them with suitable job opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    2. Understand clients' hiring needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
    3. Negotiate terms of business and recruitment fees with clients.
  2. Candidate Sourcing:
    1. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
    2. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Process Management:
    1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
    2. Provide regular updates to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    3. Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process by coordinating interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
  4. Market Research:
    1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
    2. Provide clients with insights and advice based on market research and data analysis.
  5. Administration:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, candidates, and recruitment activities in the company database.
    2. Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
