The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Nurseplus, you'll be at the heart of our operation — sourcing, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals into temporary and permanent roles. You'll work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure the best possible match with our candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively attract, screen, and register new candidates
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to placement
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Work towards and exceed performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legislation
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment a bonus!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Organised, with excellent time management
  • Confident using recruitment software and Microsoft Office
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred
