What We Offer

• Experienced Recruitment Consultants:
  Basic salary of £27,000 - £29,000; On-target earnings of £30,000 - £33,000 with commission.
• Senior Recruitment Consultants:
  Basic salary of £31,500; On-target earnings of £35,000 - £37,000 plus company car or car allowance of £400 per month.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full 360 Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
2. Business Development: Proactively identify and win new clients within the driving and industrial industries.
3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
4. Candidate Sourcing & Selection: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and assess suitability for various roles.
5. Compliance & Administration: Ensure all workers meet legal and compliance requirements, including right-to-work checks, certifications, and industry standards.
6. Sales & Targets: Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support and training.
7. Onboarding & Aftercare: Manage the placement process, ensuring both clients and candidates receive top-quality service and post-placement support.

Working Hours
