The Role

Based in our brand new office in Hinckley, you will work as a 360-recruitment consultant within an engineering and manufacturing focused market. The role will closely focus on new business, and we have weekly and monthly KPI's to achieve both personally and as a team. You\'ll become an essential part of the CV Technical team with a wide customer base to work with, as well as building new relationships with both candidates and clients.

We are looking for individuals that match our ambition, energy and enthusiasm — whether you\'re an experienced engineering recruiter, or a recruiter considering moving industries this role could suit you. Training, development and support will be offered to all successful candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Operate as a 360-recruitment consultant within the engineering and manufacturing market.
  • Focus on new business development and achieve weekly and monthly KPIs both individually and as a team.
  • Develop and maintain a wide customer base and build new relationships with candidates and clients.
Rewards and Benefits
  • Commission: Monthly uncapped commission based on revenue generated; higher earnings for higher performance. Highest earners reaching six figures.
  • Incentives: Monthly team targets with team rewards; individual weekly, quarterly and yearly targets with various incentives (team events, days/nights out, bonuses, etc.).
  • Benefits: £22,000 - £24,000 salary + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000 - £60,000+, depending on experience).
  • Holidays: 25 days, rising by 1 day per year served + Bank Holidays.
  • Other: Target-based incentives including holidays, exclusive events, meals out; weekly internal competitions; early finish on Fridays; four salary reviews per year; full training with updates and opportunities to train others.
