A5 Recruitment is a well‑established Engineering, Manufacturing & Automotive recruitment specialist based in Greater Manchester, with a proven track record of delivering top‑tier talent solutions nationwide. We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results‑driven recruiter with a strong sales background. You’ll be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment process – from winning new business and developing client relationships, to securing retained or exclusive assignments and delivering outstanding placements.

Annual Targets vary from £100,000 to £175,000 depending on experience – Year 1 expectations would be between £55,000 & £70,000.
