A recruitment consultancy in Bristol is seeking an In-house Recruiter to join their team. The role involves managing the recruitment process, including arranging interviews, psychometric testing, and maintaining the HR database. Candidates must have at least 18 months of admin experience in recruitment or HR, or possess strong admin skills with an interest in HR. This full-time position offers a professional work environment, Monday to Friday hours, and is accessible via public transport.
Our client has the need for an experienced In house Recruiter, Agency Recruitment Administrator or HR Administrator to join their busy team on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
This growing company, who have offices all across the UK and Internationally, have an office based in the centre of Bristol. The Recruitment team work with a professional organisation to attract a broad range of staff and work with them in the recruitment cycle before they start work. This will be a busy role that will work with a lovely, close knit team to ensure excellent service and admin procedures are followed at all times.
Day to day the role is very process driven and will involve duties such as:
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be happy to manage their own work load, and be comfortable during periods of peak workflow. A professional work approach is essential.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (37.5 hour week). Parking isn't available on site but the modern office is based in a great location for public transport and close to Temple Meads Station.
