Groomfield Recruitment are currently looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their permanent desk and oversee the recruitment cycle for well valued clients and candidates. Established for over 16 years Groomfield are situated in Sutton Coldfield just a short walk from the town centre, we are a family run agency who offer tailored recruitment solutions to support a wide range of businesses with Temporary and Recruitment divisions to offer a 360 cycle.

The Role :

This Account Manager role is responsible for overseeing the permanent recruitment process by supporting candidates through from initial call to a prospective placement, you will liaise with clients and offer first class service to meet their specific needs.

Duties include but are not limited to :
  • Build trusting long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Take detailed job briefs and advise clients on current market conditions as well as expectations of delivery.
  • Source screen and place high quality candidates into required roles.
  • Build an availability of speculative candidates who we can then market to existing and new business.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including the preparation of candidates for interviews to ensure they are presented in their best possible.
  • Update the current CRM and record all critical information for future use.
  • Assist with lead generation by providing detailed new business opportunities to the team.
  • Meeting with successful placements to ensure adequate aftercare is provided.
Ideal Candidate :
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for building new relationships.
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience with a CRM system is advantageous.
  • Proactive approach to work and willing to flex to meet business requirements.
  • A can-do attitude to challenging tasks / deadline.
  • Driving license is essential for this role with travel costs covered by employer.
