KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination Support

  • Provide administrative support for key recruiting projects and initiatives
  • Manage calendars and coordinate schedules for the Head of Operations Recruiting

Interview Process Management

  • Own scheduling and logistics for first- and second-round interviews
  • Manage candidate communication (confirmations, prep, follow-ups)
  • Collect and organize feedback; participate in debrief sessions
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in iCIMs
  • Post jobs across Workday, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Review resumes for assistant/coordinator roles and support pre-screens
  • Source candidates across job boards, social media, networks, and alumni databases
  • Build diverse talent pools and engage passive candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies

Marketing & Onboarding Support

  • Draft/refine job descriptions and support recruiting campaigns
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires as needed

TOP KEYS FOR CLIENT

  • 2+ years of professional experience (recruiting or talent management preferred)
