We help Recruiters launch their own personally branded recruitment business.

On average, our recruiters earn £6,000 per month, with some earning over £14,000+ in a month.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a self-employed Recruiter. As a Recruiter, your daily tasks will include sourcing and attracting candidates, arranging interviews, matching candidates with suitable job opportunities, and supporting throughout the recruitment process. You will also build relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and ensure successful placements.

• You will earn 70% of all fees you generate

Earning Example

If you place 4 people per month with an average fee of £3,000, your total banked income would be £12,000, and your personal commission would be £8,400, all from working in your PJs.

What are we looking for?

Entrepreneurs. Someone fed up with the 9-5 grind, making 100 calls a day for someone else's business. Someone who wants to forge their own path with mentorship, support, and training from those who have already succeeded.

Experience is not required, but helpful. Property/Estate agency or recruitment experience is a plus.

You must be based in the UK and fluent in English. Beyond that, we are open to all.
