Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our UK office. The role will support LEOS’ growth by managing end‑to‑end recruitment working closely with hiring managers across the UK and international offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who wants exposure to an in‑house environment within a fast‑growing real estate developer.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Recruit for a wide range of roles
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
Sourcing & Market Mapping
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles.
  • Conduct market mapping and provide insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks (UK & international).
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a recruitment partner to internal stakeholders, advising on hiring strategies and best practices.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience aligned with LEOS’ employer brand.
Recruitment Operations
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with UK hiring regulations.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback.
  • Support onboarding processes in coordination with HR and Operations teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in‑house or agency).
  • Experience recruiting Sales, or back‑office roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence in direct search.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of the UK employment market.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, engineering, or professional services is a plus.
