A local authority in Wales is seeking an individual to assist in Council Tax recovery and enforcement processes. This role involves handling enquiries, supporting senior staff at the court, and requires a relevant Level 2 qualification. The postholder will assist Senior Officers in executing Council Tax recovery and enforcement processes to maximise Council Tax collection.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with the drive and ambition to succeed in a challenging role. You must be able to build and maintain working relationships with internal Council departments and external agencies and support the Recovery Team Leader in reaching set collection targets.
