Qualifications

  • Previous experience with a records / archive environment.
  • Good IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Products.
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with English and Mathematics at Grade C or above.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the integrity, longevity and preservation of all documentation stored at the Centre.
  • Allocating storage space and ensuring physical care of the documents.
  • Providing and maintaining an efficient and effective storage and retrieval process.

Skills

Good IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Products
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
Ability to plan and prioritise your own work load
Previous experience with a records / archive environment

Education

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with English and Mathematics at Grade C or above
